PURPOSE WORKSHOPS

Cohort workshops for the question every woman asks the day after the uniform comes off: what now?

Female paramedic by ambulance

The first question after the last formation.

What now? Most transitioning women answer it alone, between two cups of coffee and a stack of half-applied job postings. Purpose Workshops are 4–8 week cohorts where she answers it in the company of women asking the same question. The work is structured. The container is brave. The output is a written, actionable next-mission plan — not a vibe.

The 8-week curriculum.

  1. Week 1 — Identity audit. Who you've been. What service made you. What you're carrying.
  2. Week 2 — Values clarification. The non-negotiables. What you'll never trade for a paycheck.
  3. Week 3 — Skills inventory. Translated into civilian language. With proof.
  4. Week 4 — Body & nervous system. Somatic work, sleep, recovery. Foundations the rest sits on.
  5. Week 5 — Possibility mapping. 5–10 directions. Not narrowed yet.
  6. Week 6 — Decision frameworks. OODA, premortem, pros/cons-with-feelings.
  7. Week 7 — The next-mission plan. Written. Specific. Yours.
  8. Week 8 — Activation. First three moves. First conversation. First commitment.

  • A clear "not now" list — the things you can stop carrying.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

What's the time commitment?

~3–4 hours per week for 8 weeks. One 90-minute live session, one short between-session practice, one cohort check-in.

How is this different from individual coaching?

Cohort work moves at the speed of the group, not the individual. The trade-off is: less customization, more proof. Watching 11 other women answer the same question changes what you believe is possible. Many women do both — workshop first, then 1:1 career coaching after.

Can my spouse join?

Not in this cohort — the container is for women who served. Spouse-focused programming is on the roadmap. Email us if it's relevant and we'll route accordingly.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings are provided. We've never had a woman drop out for missing one. Two in a row, we'll talk.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes. Cost is never the gate. Email us with your situation.

When does the next cohort run?

We launch new cohorts quarterly. Email us to get on the list for the next start date.

Is this clinical?

No. Purpose Workshops are coaching and peer-led identity work — not therapy. If clinical care is needed we refer to providers who specialize in women Veterans. See our PTSD information page.

The Method

Where this track lives in the Freedom Formula.

Every HER NEXT MISSION coaching track is built on Krystalore Crews's signature framework — the Freedom Formula (Core · Confidence · Consistency · Community · Celebration) — applied across six life domains (Identity · Mission · Health & Fitness · Lifestyle · Communication · Relationships). Here's where this track puts its strongest weight.

Topics most coached here

  • Identity — the audit and the values work in weeks 1–2.
  • Mission — the next-mission plan in week 7.
  • Lifestyle — daily rhythms that hold after activation.

5 C's emphasized

  • Core. Weeks 1–2: identity audit and values clarification.
  • Community. The cohort itself — sisters walking it together.
  • Consistency. The 8-week cadence holds when motivation doesn't.

Modalities used

  • Somatic & Body-Centered Work
