Every year, more than 200,000 service members transition out of uniform — and women are the fastest-growing group among them. When the uniform comes off, too many of the women who spent their careers serving others are left to navigate the hardest transition of their lives alone: lost identity, isolation, and uncertainty about what comes next.

Her Next Mission Inc. exists so no woman who has served navigates that journey alone. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Krystalore Crews to help female Veterans and first responders reclaim their identity, rebuild their confidence, and discover their next mission — through coaching, wellness, leadership development, entrepreneurship, retreats, and community.
