Women are the fastest-growing Veteran population in America — and when the uniform comes off, too many navigate the hardest transition of their lives alone.
Most support stops at employment or crisis services. Few organizations help women rebuild identity, confidence, wellbeing, and belonging. Her Next Mission Inc. is a 501(c)(3) founded by retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Krystalore Crews to close that gap — through coaching, wellness, leadership development, entrepreneurship education, retreats, and community.

Investment levels are customizable. Multi-year and program-specific sponsorships (summit, podcast, scholarships, retreats) are available on request.
Monthly — sponsors a woman's coaching session.
Monthly — funds a retreat scholarship seat.
Monthly — underwrites a full community cohort.
Monthly giving, donor-advised funds, in-kind support, and matching gifts are all welcome. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, contributions to Her Next Mission Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
